We accept returns, refunds, and exchanges, subject to the following terms and conditions:

• The request must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
• A clear unboxing video is mandatory, showing the product being opened for the first time.
• Eligible cases include:
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Sizing issues
  • Product damaged in transit

If your return request meets the above criteria, we will offer a full refund, exchange, or return, as per your preference. All requests are subject to review and approval.

To initiate a return or exchange, please log in to your account, view your order, and click on the "Return Item(s)" button. You will be notified via email once we’ve reviewed your request and processed your return.

Shipping Information

We currently ship all orders via Xpressbees and deliver Pan India.

• Orders are processed within 1 business day after confirmation.
• Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
• Metro cities may receive orders faster (within 2–3 days), depending on courier efficiency.

You can track your order using the mobile number linked to your order and the order ID. Tracking links are available in the website footer or on the official Xpressbees website.
