Definitions and key terms 

To help to explain things as clearly as possible in this return & refund policy, every time any of these terms are referenced, are strictly defined as :

    • Company: When this policy mentions “ Company”,  “we”, “us”, Or  “our “,  it refers to Niscka that is responsible for your information under this Returns & Return Policy.
    • Customer: refers to Company, Organization, or the persons that signup to use the Services to manage the relationships with your consumers or service users 
    • Device: any internet-connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer, and any other device that can be used to visit.
    • Website: Niscka's site which can be accessed via this URL: 
    • You: A person or entity that is registered with Niscka to explore the site 

Refund & Return Policy 

Thank you for Shopping at Niscka. We really appreciate and love that you like our products. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our product.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Niscka. We’ll be brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Niscka, along with Niscka’s Privacy Policy, you agree to the terms set forth below: 

 

If you would like to return a product, below are the guidelines for the same that you need to adhere to:

  • Niscka only accept returns if the delivered product is either defected or damaged or we've delivered you wrong product or the delivered product is different in color or size(bangles and bracelets only) from what you ordered. We do not accept return if the delivered product doesn't have any defect. Original Parcel opening video is must for initiating a return. If the video starts from mid-way of unboxing/opening or is not clear or doesn't show any defect/damage or wrong product, we'll not accept the return.
  • The customer must send a parcel opening video within 24 hours of delivery either to our WhatsApp number +91-70489-24864 or email at support@niscka.com or Nisckajewellery@gmail.com.( Note* The video must be the unboxing of the packed product. We don't accept video of pre-opened product. )
  • To claim any return parcel opening video is mandatory.
  • Product should be returned within 24 hours from the time of delivery(to you).
  • Shipping charges are strictly non-refundable even in cases of order returns.
  • Items must be kept unused and with all the original packing and there should not be damage to the product, if the product is received back in a condition other than you received it from us, Niscka will not refund any money.
  • Customers can choose to exchange the item or receive store credit for future purchases that will be valid for 6 months only. The product choice for exchange is subject to availability.
  • The return/exchange will not be allowed for items on clearance sales, flash deals, festive offers, or any other discount offers.
  • No extra discounts can be availed on exchange products.
  • For all COD orders, if the Customer refuses to take the parcel or cancel after it has been shipped, they(customer) will have to pay Niscka Delivery charges via UPI Payment or any other Online Payment Method (GPay, PhonePe or PayTM). If the Customer refuses to do so, Niscka will add these charges in their next order and from next time onwards, no COD orders of such customers will be entertained.

Return / Replacement requests are subject to verification and checks to determine the legitimacy of the return/replacement request by Niscka and Return / Replacement shall be refused in case of the following cases:

  • If it is determined that the product is damaged while in your possession.
  • We will do a quality check from our side and if we find a case of deliberately causing damage to the product, the requests will be denied immediately without any refund/return.
  • Any product not in its original condition.
  • Any product that is returned without its original packaging tags and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
  • Any product without a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial numbers.
  • The product is different from what was shipped to you.
  • Products sold as combo/ sets cannot be replaced or returned individually.
  • The product is specified as non-returnable on the product details page.

We at Niscka commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects, and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our product.

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product that you have to choose in stock, or maybe face some issues with inventory and Quality checks. In cases, we may have to cancel the order. you will be intimated about it in Advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about the order, if you have purchased via online payment (Not cash on delivery) Then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request. 

We carry out a thorough quality check before processing that ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time, we ensure that the packing is good such that items won’t get damaged during transit. In that case, then we provide the exchange policy that has been mentioned in the pointer under the return and refund policy.

What are the delivery charges?

Niscka offers free delivery on all Products(India only). In case any buyers want the delivery to be done within 2-3 days then, in that case, we would suggest you to opt for our express delivery.  For International delivery(Outside India), delivery charges will be added once you've placed the order and a payment link will be sent to you.

What is the estimated delivery time?

If the item is in stock, it will be delivered in 3-7 working days from the order date. While most items are delivered in 5-7 days depending upon the location, there are a few designs that may be delivered in 7-10 days.

 How will the delivery be done?

We send all packages via reputed couriers such as Blue Dart, Delhivery etc. 

  • In case you get the defect/damaged/sizing. Then, Niscka is not responsible for shipping. You send the product back to our office at their own expense within 5 working days and share the courier receipt photo with us so that we can track the order. The return address will be provided by customer support. We deliver the exchanged product within 2 weeks after the original product is received by your side. We will not take any shipping charges against the exchange product 
  • In International Order, If a customer has received a physically damaged product or a different product than the product ordered (whether returnable or non-returnable, please call us and inform our customer care representative immediately or must be sent a parcel opening video of the item within 24 hours on WhatsApp number +91-70489-24864 or email us at support@Niscka.com, or Nisckajewellery@gmail.com, from the date of delivery of the product. The damaged product was shipped by your side back to our office at their own expense within 5 working days. We will check the product and found any mistakes from our side or during the transportation. We will refund the money on store credit within 7 working days. 

Cancellation Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

  1. A) Niscka shall deliver a product you have purchased within the promised delivery timeline, however, if you have ordered a product by mistake, you may cancel the order then you need to pay the Shipping charges. We are not responsible to pay any shipping charges

B) For all COD orders, The Customer refuses to take the parcel or cancel after it has been shipped, they(customer) will have to pay Niscka Delivery charges via UPI Payment or any other Online Payment Method (GPay, PhonePe, or PayTM). If the Customer refuses to do so, Niscka will add these charges in their next order, and from next time onwards, no COD orders of such customers will be entertained.

ORDER CANCELLATION BY NISCKA

  1. A) Under some rare situations, Niscka or any of our registered Sellers can also raise an order cancellation request. These situations could be –
  • The product is out of stock with the Seller.
  • The product is not worth shipping.
  • Restrictions on the number of products you can order, as per terms & conditions of any Offer/Discount.
  • Incorrect pricing or description of the product.
  • Incorrect or Incomplete Buyer's Address.
  • Non-serviceability at the Buyer’s address by our courier partners.
  • If it is Prepaid Order, the amount will be refunded to you in accordance with our Refund Policy. We will notify you through messages on your Email/WhatsApp/Text when an order is cancelled due to any of the above reason.
  • Any other reason, which is beyond the control of the product Seller.
