Shipping Policy

Delivery and Shipping services in India: -

Niscka provides free shipping on all our products in India. We have collaborated with the top logistics companies to ensure that your orders are handled carefully and delivered timely. We provide overnight delivery in the north zone (Delhi and nearby states) and 2-3 days of delivery in other parts of India.

If the item is in stock, it will be delivered in 3-5 working days from the order date. While most items are delivered in 5-7 days depending upon the location, there are a few designs that may be delivered in 7-10 days.

International Delivery: -

Niscka provides surprisingly fast international delivery (less than 2 weeks), we have our collaborations with Fed-X and DHL which are the leading logistics in the market providing timely delivery with utmost care. Delivery Charges depend on the weight of the parcel and the country’s location. In certain rare situations, any delays can be brought to our attention by emailing support@niscka.com, and we will give you further information on your inquiry.

Tracking Details: -

You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse (usually in a day) with the shipment tracking number.

METHOD OF PAYMENT: -

At the moment of checkout, you can use our payment gateway to pay with any major VISA or Mastercard credit/debit card. At the moment of purchase, payment is allowed in INR (Indian National Rupee). The price does not include duties or taxes.

• For all COD orders, if the Customer refuses to take the parcel or cancel after it has been shipped, they(customer) will have to pay Niscka Delivery charges of ₹ 150 via UPI Payment or any other Online Payment Method (GPay, PhonePe or PayTM). If the Customer refuses to do so, Niscka will add these charges in their next order and from next time onwards, no COD orders of such customers will be entertained.
