Niscka Jewellery runs this website. The terms "we" and "our" refer to Niscka Jewellery throughout the website. You may not visit the website or use any services if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement. Acceptance is strictly restricted to these Terms of Service if these Terms of Service are considered an offer.

Liability and warranty:

Niscka jewellery shall not be held liable for any harm caused by the usage of the items sent to members. We assume no liability for any delay or failure to execute our obligations under these Terms and Conditions that are caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6 months plating warranty on gold plated and American diamond jewellery only above Rs 500 products. It doesn't include oxidised jewellery.

Intellectual Property and Copyright:

The website's content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Niscka creates, updates, and manages this website on its own. You are not permitted to duplicate, edit, publish, transfer, sell, reproduce, distribute, display, or commercially exploit the material of Niscka jewellery, failing which appropriate legal action will be taken within the authority of the courts.

Damaged Items:

Before shipping the products to our clients, our professionals perform strict quality inspections. Damages that occurred in transportation after the goods has been dispatched, however, are beyond our control. If you receive a damaged product in your purchase, we will replace it with another piece of the same or comparable sort from our inventory. Please email us at support@niscka.com with a picture of the damage within 24  hours of receiving your order, and we will explain the following steps. We will not accept any report concerning damage received after 24 hours from the moment you got your item.

We are not liable if the information on this site is not accurate, full, or up to date.
