Alia Bhatt’s Heritage Wedding Jewellery

We can’t stop admiring our cutest couple in town. Their marriage has taken a haul over us. Some of us are still dreamy about them. But it has happened and we will embrace this beautiful couple till the end of time. Our high-spirited Alia Bhat and handsome Ranbir Kapoor tied the knot on 14th April 2022. Niscka will take you on a ride in Alia’s Jewellery and Costume Collection and the white fanciful world of Great White Indian Wedding.

Since rumours are all around that Ranbir’s lucky number is eight, and so it was all over Alia Bhatt’s bridal trousseau.

Alia Bhatt’s Heritage Jewellery

Alia decided on her jewellery from Sabyasachi Heritage Jewellery Collection 2022 which gave her all the glitz she wanted for her wedding. She chose a statement Sheeshpatti with a Maang Tikka, Jhumka Earrings, and Kundan Stones stacked in Kada bangles. Everything was made of diamonds, pearls and Polki Kundan. All of them are uncut diamonds and hand-strung pearls. Perfectly suits Bhat’s energy.

Her Custom-Made Hexagonal Diamond Ring

She posted a picture on Instagram flaunting her huge wedding ring. The world is still recovering from her adorable wedding outfit and here she comes with an admirable wedding ring. The gorgeous ring is a Van Cleef and Arpels creation which is a French luxury Jewellery brand. The ring was custom-made for Alia and crafted by a world-renowned Jeweller. Ranbir ordered this ring, especially for her ladylove from London. The ring featured a large hexagonal Diamond that sat on top of an encrusted silver band. The ring has eight beautiful diamonds since Ranir’s lucky number is eight. Normally it takes around 9 months to customize, if that is true, then Ranbir was planning this glamorous wedding with Alia Bhatt for a long time. We did not even think of this bizarre idea of these two getting married but it happened!

Her Customized Kalira

Kalira is an important part of the Punjabi Wedding. The bride’s sisters and friends tie the Kalira to her Chooda or Kada. The significance is to provide good wishes to the bride and to remind her of her cousins and friends whom she is going to leave behind when she gets married. They are usually golden and silver in color. Alia Bhatt wore Kalira of her chosen material, design and motifs. She chose to add clouds, stars, butterflies, love birds and an infinity symbol as charms in her customized Kalira.

Her Mangal Sutra: An Infinity Symbol

Her mangal sutra was also designed with an infinity symbol which also resembles eight. Who knows what’s the reality of this ‘Ranbir’s lucky number’ rumour but whatever it is, we embrace every inch of her Jewellery and Attire.

Her Sabyasachi Sari

It is always a pleasure to be a Sabyasachi Bride! She wore a dyed ivory organza sari embroidered with fine hand Tilla work and an embroidered handwoven tissue veil paired with Sabyasachi Heritage Jewellery. Alia’s blouse had butterfly detailing. It is the nicest detailing we saw on a bride’s dress. The sari and colors are a signature Sabyasachi. Just mesmerising and eye-pleasing!

Bhatt’s Mehendi Trousseau

She chose to wear Manish Malhotra as a part of her bridal look line-up. The actor has a history with the brand. While she wore a white gold Sabyasachi number to her wedding day, she chose this cheerful pink lehenga for her Mehendi. The dress was made with a sustainable approach that features approximately 180 textile patches that range from block prints to intricately embroidered swathes of fabric. The actor wore her hair loose in locks, with a statement Polki Maang Tikka with bold Emerald drops, which matched her Polki and Emerald Necklace. Since her lehenga was made with heavy patterns, it was smart of her to keep her makeup and accessories minimal.

Everything about this Bhatt and Kapoor wedding was just alluring! While the couple went on with the rituals in a very private way, we respect their privacy and we are also grateful to Bhatt for providing us with this kind of bridal inspirational look.
